Your Global Shopping Responsibilities If you are ordering from Canada, Taiwan, or China, you’re in the driver’s seat. You are responsible for making sure the items are legal in your country and for paying any local customs fees. Because of the long journey these products take, we can't accept international returns unless the item arrives damaged.

• We ship Products manufactured in the United States for delivery in the United States, Canada, Taiwan and China.
• Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, local regulations, or carrier issues beyond our control.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your shipping information is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect information.
By ordering Products for delivery to China, Taiwan or Canada, you acknowledge and agree that:
o You are the importer of record.
o You are responsible for compliance with all applicable import laws and regulations.
o You are responsible for payment of any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by Chinese, Taiwanese or Canadian authorities.
• Due to international shipping and regulatory restrictions, all sales to China, Taiwan or Canada are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for international orders except in the case of defective or damaged Products.
